Before, I had 3 flooring companies 2 concrete companies not want to do the work it required for my home to get the floor in because of a sloppy DIY someone else before us did. saying it was going to be an amazingly high price to get what I wanted. there were 6 inch step down in two different places that I wanted flush. I am so happy I found them on Angie’s list! Carlos who was very professional, came in and leveled it spectacularly. His team made all levels flush with each other and then stamped the concrete to look like a wooden floor. "I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional. It’s no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen. Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke apart, which damaged the coating surface.
