They were willing to work with other contractors and be flexible to adjust to our schedule. Their entire team takes a lot of pride in their work and they want to make their clients happy. After we got the plans approved back from the city Kris started to build my new space based on his design. We added a small kitchen with a living space and nice bathroom. "My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.) "We had 1500 sq ft of turf installed in our backyard. It was pricy, but all turf is pricy these days AND these guys are awesome to work with. They are complete professionals and absolutely know what they are doing. Having dealt with a lot of unreliable contractors, we’ve decided we will pay extra if it means I’m getting a pro experience with no headaches. They arrived at all meetings on time and prepared. Their payment plan was reasonable. We were able to book the installation pretty quickly; about a week after we decided to move forward. The installation team were professional, efficient, cleaned up and did it all in one day! They were also able to work around existing sprinklers that I wanted to keep operational."

"Kyle and his team are great people. Kyle is sincere, kind and knowledgeable in his field. His people came to work every day, never missed. They were on time, and the renovation was delivered as scheduled or earlier. The best thing about this company that they worked at my house until the job was finished. They worked from Monday thru Saturday, approx. 8-10 hours per day. The crew are all experienced, polite, and listened well as work progressed. The cost was reasonable, right on our planned budget. Thanks to Kyle and his men. Thanks to all the hard work, the clean up, the easy, laugh, and fun to talk to guys....the stress of going thru the renovation is now my enjoyment of the new bathroom (conversion from tub to standing shower), and amazing new kitchen.
