"Had a circuit breaker trip and did the usual to try and get it to reset (GFCI buttons on electrical outlets, test button in the panel box). Reached out to Go Green and per their request, sent a picture of my panel box. They called me, instructed me to try one more test and wa-la, it worked . . lights and electrical outlets are working! If that wasn't great enough, there was no charge for the phone service. They are now in my address book for the next time I need electrical work or for anyone who reaches out asking for a referral."

They stick to the price they quote, arrive with enough people/parts/equipment to do the job, protect your floors/furniture, and don’t leave until everything is working as promised. "This is the second time we had services performed by Garafano Electric. They were prompt when coming for an estimate and when installing the outlets. They vacuumed the areas they worked on and billed us for the amount quoted. Would hire them again."

"I called Chris on a Friday evening and told him that the light wasn't working in the bathroom in my condo which I rent out.  He said he had plans on Saturday but that he would work me in first thing in the morning before he went to his program because he understood the inconvenience of not having any light in the bathroom. He was prompt and professional.  He figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour. Before calling Chris I had a large company send one of their electricians to evaluate the job.  The person spent one hour evaluating the job and stated that he was unsure which wire was faulty and that he needed to return after the weekend and spend more hours figuring out the problem which could cost as high as $1,000.00 for his time.  This large company charged me a service fee for the visit when they did nothing but give me bad information and sent me an incompetent electrician or a dishonest one.  Chris had no problems figuring out the problem and fixing it and charged me around $100.00.  He was competent, ethical and professional. I highly recommend him. Professionals like Chris are few and far between these days.
