Brandon was very professional with his presentation and was clear about the work that he would complete. He kept his appointments as scheduled. Since I am not a roofer or a pest control expert I was unfamiliar with the modifications that would need to be made. When I asked him how long it would take to complete Brandon indicated that it would take a couple of men a day or so to finish the work. The work actually only required 4 1/2 hours to complete for one worker plus 1 hour for an assistant. The total cost of the work came to over $3,000. After calculating for the cost of materials that meant I was charged over $500 an hour. This is more than the hourly rate for lawyers or doctors. Ultimately I felt the charges were excessive for the skills required for the roofer making repairs. It is disappointing to be overcharged for services of this kind."
