"It went very well. Damian and his team were all very professional, polite, and extremely careful of our house. They covered the entire hardwood floor to protect it.  They arranged our appliances so we could still have access to our refrigerator during the remodel, they hung plastic sheeting to keep the adjoining rooms clean. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />They were very flexible and worked with us. The did an amazing marble tile backsplash that goes all the way from the counter to the bottom of the cabinets that came our beautiful. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We will definitely have them back when we are ready to remodel the master bathroom. <br />"

"The sales folks here are knowledgeable and most importantly customer service was excellent. When one of the appliances did not fit, they took it back, no questions asked and worked hard to get the replacement appliance the next day, so our kitchen remodel would not be delayed. They spent a lot of time with me making sure the second appliance would not cause any more issues and then called me back once it was installed just to make sure everything was ok. Prices were comparable to any big home improvement store. I'd definitely go back to them for any other appliances I buy."

"Meeting Sydney, my project manager on Monday night after 9:30pm was the best thing that could happen during our flood emergency! Our basement flooded, 3 in of water everywhere and we were panicking. A friend referred us to 24/7 Flood & Fire. I called and within an hour Sydney and her team were at the house, calming us down and getting to work. They were able to pump the water out within 2 hours and help troubleshoot the issue. We found out the sump pump failed! The next day Sydney came out with her team and cleaned the basement from all of the damage. We pretty much lost everything ?! Clothing, blankets, furniture, etc. They removed it all including all of the carpet. They completed flood cuts to all of the water damaged walls! So much needed to be done and she and her team handled it quickly and professionally, keeping me updated often. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the wood framing to prevent mold in the walls. They sanitized the areas needing it and checked back in daily to do moisture checks while the basement dried out, all while working with my schedule. Finding out sump pump failure wasn't fully covered on our insurance policy scared me to death. After I informed Sydney of this, she said she would work with my budget which was very humbling and appreciated. Huge shout out to Sydney and her team, Thomas, Rex, and Eric!!! These folks turned an extremely stressful situation for my family and made it their own, taking the stress away from us. I would call them in a heart beat if something tragic like this happened again (I pray it doesnt) and I strongly recommend you call them first if you encounter any type of water damage to your home!!!
