They also installed all vanities for bathrooms taking care to make sure there were no openings under the cabinets for mice to squeeze in. Shane and Tyler installed all faucets and drains for kitchen and bathroom sinks and Showers as well as Shower heads. They are Professional, honest and conscientious about the work they do. I will use them again."

A call from the dispatcher provided me with a heads-up when the technician was on his way from the previous job a few miles away - right in the middle of the scheduled time window. "I have had two satisfactory experiences but the third time they sent a rookie, who clearly did not know what he was doing and he made a big mistake installing the disposal. But he did scold us on what he perceived to be our misuse of the garbage disposal, how we must have done A, B or C and that's why a relatively new disposal went bad, even though we'd done no such thing! We called to complained that the new disposal leaked badly under the sink and spit water out the air gap when using the dishwasher. To ES&D's credit, they did quickly send a different person out to fix the problem free of charge, but the repairman was clearly unhappy about it, grumbling about how we were getting a better disposal than we deserved because it was "all he had on the truck," and he too scolded us on misuse of the disposal. That is NOT how you follow up on a customer complaint. I could have excused the first guy if I'd received a little respect from the second guy. I am done with this company."

"Let start by saying WOW!!! Great job 5 Star Plumbing. I needed to replace my 50 gal water heater the other day. I called other company's to get estimates for replacing my water heater. What I thought was going to be an easy job, they gave me a price that was outrageous. It seemed like they didn't want to do the work. We woke up in the morning to sinks, shower and toilets that would not drain and were backing up with water and waste. Found The Plumbing Therapist on angies list. We called them as soon as they were open and they were at the house by 10:00 am the same day.

Michael was the serviceman and he did a super job. He explained what he was doing and doubly made sure all the waste line were running clean and clear before he was done. He also offered some plumbing tips on another matter. I couldn't be happier with their service. I highly recommend this company.
