"Damion was our service technician and he came to clear the roots out of our drains. That was successful but in the process, he expressed concern over the gasket on the sewer plug and tested it to be sure it was firmly sealed. It appeared to be and he had us flush toilets and run faucets to be sure. The seal appeared solid but overnight it slowly showed a leak. We called Reddi Services and Damion was back early the next day to replace the part. He didn't charge us a service call for the second visit and even ran out to find the piece needed (he didn't have the part in his truck so he ran out to find it and charged us just for the part.). We're very satisfied with Reddi Service, have used them several times in the past, and will continue to use their technicians."

"Contacted Mission PHC concerning a plumbing issue with the downstairs toilet. Got an appt two days later, on a Saturday, which was nice since it was the only time I was available. The tech called that morning and wanted to come 15 minutes early, which is also fine. He was a very nice man, spent some time asking questions and attempted to diagnose the problem. Concluded it might be an obstruction in the roof vent. We went on the roof and he augured it out, didn't find anything. So then he suspects the mainline, but informs me he can't do the main line, and their main line guy is off on Saturdays. That was rather disappointing. Thankfully I had a coupon for a free service call, so it ended up only costing $45. After the tech left, I called another company and they did an outstanding job, fixed my problem, and were reasonably priced. My perception of Mission PHC is that they're not this kind of plumbing service firm. I have heard good things about them regarding HVAC, but I will not be using them again for a plumbing issue.  <br />"

"Jeremy showed up promptly and assessed the work that we needed done.  He had to get some of the parts but was back quickly.  He worked on the outside faucet first, replacing it with a new one.  Then he installed the shut-off valves in the bathrooms.  Last but not least, he replaced the kitchen faucet and shut-off valves.  He cleaned up the areas after each project.  We were very happy with his work and would call Golden's Plumbing for any further plumbing issues we may have. <br />"

"Two plumbers started work at approximately 11 AM and finished at about 3 PM. They arrived in two large trucks that were well supplied with parts. Since the baths had new tile floors, a longer than usual fitting was required to set the toilets. This did not hold up the project since the fittings were delivered by a third plumber. The plumbers were well prepared to work on relatively old plumbing. They had all the connectors and other items needed for the installations. They were careful to check for leaks and sink drains. Some drain clearing was required. <br />"

"I did not hire HydroPhysics directly. They were sub-contracted out to me by InspectorNick.com. When I went out to the house for my standard home inspection, 15 minutes in advance, the sewer drain inspector, Chris Lang, was already there waiting for me. Once my realtor showed up to open the house Chris went straight to work inspecting the sewer drain while I went around the house with my standard home inspector. My realtor stayed to talk with Chris and he left without talking to me. He left my realtor a CD and his business card and that was it. I was disappointed that he did not come up to talk to me directly to explain the different conditions of the sewer. <br /> When I got home I was able to watch the video and see all the obstructions/issues with the sewer drain but since he did not speak with me directly I really didn't know how to process it. Most of the information I had to get indirectly from talking with my realtor. <br /> 2 days later I received the sewer inspection report from InspectorNick.com with a description of the conditions although since it was prepared with InspectorNick.com stationary I'm not sure who actually filled out the information. <br /> Overall I was given all of the useful information about the sewer drain condition through the video on the CD and the inspection report but I would have liked to talk to Chris directly to understand how the sewer drain works and to learn for myself what the difference between a major and minor issue might be."
