They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. "<p>Provider did not show up on time to the inspection. Inspection began at 0900. Inspector was sent to incorrect address by appointment booking, still in the near area - but wrong address. Inspector called me to get correct address. Showed up, conducted the inspection, provided personal feedback on results that were easy to understand.  So overall the inspection went well.</p> <p>To settle up, the fee was $175. The real estate agents were a little surprised, that was approximately 75% more than they typically observed for pest inspections. More typically they observe those same services operating in the ($85-$110) range. That was probably the biggest surprise factor of the inspection - the cost. Although quoted up front, being new to the Massachusetts area I had no framework with which to compare pricing as the previous two inspectors I called were booked and could not make the appointment time. I never got to cost with them.  Perhaps the lower cost is a factor in their being booked and Braman being available.  Anyway - the objective of a completed inspection was met.  I think in the future I might try a lower cost, licensed provider of the similar service.</p> <br />"

"The initial call was for stinging insects flying around my frond door.  I called on a Tuesday evening and a technician arrived before noon on Wednesday. He correctly identified the insects as ground-dwelling yellow jackets, and assured me that the spray he would use would not harm the 35 year old cactus they had nested under. While he sprayed, I asked him about occasional carpenter ants in the house. With a quick look he spotted what was drawing the ants to the house, leaf litter in the gutters. <br /> Since he was already on site, I asked him to take care of the ant issue. He sprayed for the ants and told me that they would be back if I did not clean out the 'ant food' in my gutters. <br /> Everything was over and done with in 45 minutes! No more ants, no more yellow jackets! <br />"
