"The front yard was not leveled and sloped as agreed upon. They took out some rocks in the front yard and some dirt. they put topsoil down and then sod that was about 4 days and dying. As of July 31, 2024, there are still holes in the lawn where the sod has not grown together. The front lawn is not at the angle of slope that we agreed upon. In the back yard they agreed upon removing some dirt and rock, then replacing it with a four-foot-high granite wall 90 feet long. The wall is only approximately 75 feet long and some of it is 4 feet high and about 15 to 20 feet of the wall is less than 3 feet high. This is not what the contract said when we signed it but he still charged us the full amount of a 90-foot wall 4 feet high and tried to convince us that his measurements were right. When the men were building the wall, the back lawn was packed down a lot and now it does not let the water soak in. I asked the men if they could return to pick up the sod in the backyard and put in some topsoil to make it the same height as the rest of the yard, and they said no. So, I asked him to return a portion of my money so I could have someone else come in to correct his inability to do it as we agreed upon. He said no he couldn't refund any money. We are waiting for the individual to come out to our house to look at the job to evaluate how the job was done. So please contact us on a date as soon as possible."

"Over the winter skunks dug under our covered porch and made a big mess. Carson and his team came in, assessed the project, and in a short time got to work. In 3 days they took out all the mess, filled the entrance holes, buried chicken wire, laid out chicken wire, back filled, re-insulated underneath, put in plywood to protect the insulation, and used spray foam to fill any gaps. Carson and his team went above and beyond to make sure the project was done right, didn't cut any corners, and fully cleaned up after themselves! "

Chris helped us design a new layout for our kitchen and then Phil made everything come together. Phil treated our house like it was his own. Phil did an incredible job in re-working our kitchen ceiling, that was a lot of 12x12 tiles and hanging lights, into a beautiful, recessed light ceiling. He also put down new flooring, corrected plumbing issues, tiled the back splash, and a lot more. Chris and Phil never rushed their work. They helped get us a great deal on our cabinets and cabinet installation, they helped with new plumbing and new wiring that was needed, and they ran the project from start to end, without us having to worry about anything at all!! I donâ t think I can fully state how satisfied we were with Spokane Craftsman. Everything they did was over and above expectations. If you are looking for someone to help in a remodel project, I really think you should consider Spokane Craftsman. Six stars, if there was such a thing!"

"Gage and his team did an extraordinary job replacing my original wood deck with a high quality composite flooring, and replacing the original sliding door to the deck with custom-built French doors. "We had Jeff's crew fully remodel one of our basement rooms and add an egress window. They did some minor work on another room in the basement, and they removed an old, rotten deck that we inherited when we bought the house. All the work is excellent. The personal interactions were great; the crew were friendly, punctual, and thorough. They took the one room all the way to the foundation and built up from there; it was a big project with some funky angles from the 1950s. When we have work in the future, we will definitely contact Jeff again. A few things that I found particularly good: first, Jeff gave us a few different bids to help us figure out which things we could afford to do now and which things we could delay. Initially, we were thinking of doing several partial projects, but because he was willing to give us three different bids, we managed to get exactly what we wanted in one room and enough done in the other to make it very comfortable. Second, Mike and Chris were the two guys here the most and they were friendly and kind. The site was kept clean, and we never worried about leaving them alone in the house. They arrived when they said they would, and they communicated clearly. Third, Jeff was always a phone call or text away. He responded quickly and was kind. There was a hiccup in the some of the electrical work that I didn't catch when doing the walk through. Jeff had the electrician on site within hours to fix the issue. I want to be clear: we had already paid him; I had already signed off on the work; and even then he gave me the same personal attention he'd give us while doing the work. The craftsmanship is great. We really love the new room, and we are more than happy to recommend Jeff and his crew to anyone needing projects done. I will recommend him to friends in the future."

"Very well. The sales process was seamless and while product was delayed, we were able to adjust with a similar but available product. Install included laminate, tile and carpet. All of the installation was spectacular. There were some glitches over the course of the project that were not helped by my need to get this done while I was 2200 miles away. But whenever I communicated questions or concerns, they were immediately and appropriately addressed. We will be using them again for kitchen remodeling."
