"As an elderly customer my clogged drain, which turned out to be a broken sewer line, seemed a stressful situation. However the technician came pretty quickly and with the aid of his equipment, found the break, dug it up and repaired it. He was very courteous and helpful in explaining things, and I had great confidence in him. Would certainly recommend this company."

"They were great to work with and never gave up on a challenging sewer line that refused to drain! Fully recommend."

"Brandon was very professional and did a great job. My sewer line was clogged up and was backing up in my basement. I had another company that snaked out my line and power jetted afterwards about 3 weeks earlier. I assumed my sewer line was broken and would need replacing. Shaw ran a camera through the line and recommended just snaking it out again. Brandon snaked it out 4 to 5 times while running the camera after each time making sure he removed all the roots. I would highly recommend this company and very impressed with their service and the whole experience."

"I hired Platinum Sewer Excavation to come out and fix my broken pipe and they were very professional and got in and got the job done 10/10 recommend!!"

"Responded very quickly, dug up the septic with care to the surrounding lawn, removed the blockage, replaced the dirt and turf, and cleaned up.  Of course it was cold, snowy, and late on a Friday evening yet the personnel were respectful, courteous, and pleasant.

"Riley of Pace Plumbing came to snake our drain. He was thorough, professional, polite and friendly. He clearly knew his business and gave me a best case to worst case scenario from the beginning. Luckily he was able to free the clog after a few attempts and added professional tricks of the trade. He was super and I would recommend him to anyone."

"The operator, Tony Price provided a very professional service. At the same time, he provide quite a bit of educational information regarding septic systems. He removed his shoes before crossing our white carpet to inspect our sewer pump and was very careful to avoid backing his truck on our lawn.
I would hire him as an employee in a heartbeat.

"Pure Home Remodeling and mainly to our project manager who did a wonderful remodeling job to our kitchen and bathrooms. We did our big search in order to find the right home remodeling company for us & we know that we found the perfect one. Pure Home Remodeling were not the cheapest one from all the estimates we got but we know from the past that cheapest doesn't mean the greatest. The crew at Pure Home Remodeling were professionals, honest, hardworking people and mainly detailed. They know very good their stuff & each one of them was really expert in his field. We had no clue how the remodeling project should go but their experience & skills proved to us to be highly effective. They were always on time, arrived to work each day & made sure to clean up at the end of each day. We noticed clearly their strength in being very detailed in any step of the work because we are a perfectionists people ourselves & absolutely not easy people to please. We are happy and pleased with this company's performance. We are looking forward to hiring them again in the future. Thanks everyone!!!!"
