The service charge of $400 seems pretty steep, but I reminded myself part of the charge is for expedited service which I needed badly. Service Technician Narcis Ciceu arrived about an hour after the dispatch call. Narcis proved to be a smart and conscientious person. He was polite and very good at explaining what he was doing. I've had other technicians look at my sluggish back drain, but Narcis was the first to take the time to get it open. I was extremely happy about that. If I have plumbing/drain problems in the future, I would request Mr Ciceu be sent on the call. I'd know for sure things would be done right."
