Blau called almost immediately after I made the request on Angie's List. Brian was here within an hour, and diagnosed our problem. Unfortunately, the AC coil was broken, and replacement of the coil was costly, so replacing the entire AC unit was more cost effective. The unit was replaced on Monday, at a fair price. We will be using Blau in the future."

They didn't have the advantage to know what exactly they needed to do the repair, so the required tools were not in their kit. Guess I'll get that done at a later date. Overall, a good service.
