"Armando did a thorough inspection on the inside and outside of my house to find termite infestation since I wanted spot treatment. In the process he found that there were rotting wood underneath my bathrooms due to a leak. He took lots of pictures to show the condition of the wood. After canvassing several other termite control companies I decided to go with them based on the thoroughness of their inspection and the treatment and repairs of the affected wood.
