"Mary Peterson, CEO & Lead Designer, and her assistant arrived early in the window promised. This is an interior LED landscape (in the atrium) lighting, five lights with one not working - I already determined it was not the bulb. Mary quickly isolated the problem, a faulty junction, replaced the part and made a new run to the fixture- let there be light! Both were friendly, efficient and restored the garden so that you could not notice what work had been done. I hope I don't need NOL again but if I do, I will call them first. Which reminds me, A large local lighting company gave me five recommendations for someone to work on this problem. I contacted three of them and none of them returned my inquiry. I called Northwest Outdoor Lighting on my own and received a call back the next morning. I will be contacting that lighting company and insist they add Northwest Outdoor Lighting to their list of recommendations."

"Joe came to tour the property and provided a lighting design. I looked around quite a bit to see what other companies could offer but this company seemed the most equipped to deal with my stairs that needed specific kind of lighting. I ended up using the design Joe recommended and it is really beautiful. I love coming home at night and I really think it improves the beauty and safety of my home. The aspects of the experience that can be improved include: 1. Twice, the team did not arrive on the day they said they would. I needed to call Joe and ask for an updated day/time for the work being done. 2. I had purchased several brand new solar lights, an extension cord, and small walkway lights to act as place-holders until the lights could be installed. I understood that Joe's team would take away the old lighting including the rope lighting that had been there for years, but I was shocked that they took away all of the new lights and extension cords. When I asked for the items back, they were delivered to my house in a pile on the ground that included broken glass since some of the lights had broken. Only three of the five solar lights could be repaired. I emailed to let Joe know about the broken glass and broken lights and suggested that in the future they check with homeowners about what to do with legacy lighting. He never returned my email, seemed like he didn't really care."

"I am ignorant I guess to the cost of electrical work these days. Was SHOCKED that installing a ceiling fan could cost so much. But....we needed the work done and now I know how long I have to save in order to get these kinds of things taken care of. Perhaps that goes along with being a first time homeowner? Or maybe never needing an electrician might have something to do with it. I guess there is a lot to be said for being a renter for many, many years! <br /> Style came out and did the install for us. The work was done on one of the hottest days we've had in Washington state in quite a while and due to some issues with the place where the fan was going to go, had to go in to the attic more than once. Felt terrible for him. But he was a pro and did a GREAT job.  He also looked at  installing some lights in/on our garage and took a look at our electrical panel.  He was pretty adamant that the panel be replaced sooner than later and promised to send us a written estimate (He gave us some numbers verbally but that was all) for the cost of replacement install - haven't heard a word since.  :(  With that said, we are currently looking for other folks to to provide us with bids for the job. <br />"

"Both Jared and Manny were professional, timely and reviewed with us the current possible problem. They listened to the process I had gone through and the decision to have them throughly make sure the electrical wiring and circuit was ok. They checked ever possible location for the possible problem. As the light did not rip the circuit breaker anymore they advised if it happened again to immediately call and they would come on out. I have already asked them to give me an estimate on a reword of my shop. Both throughly advised me as they were doing things what was going on. They also told me what I needed done to bring things to code. Job well done and intend to use them again in the future. One of the best customer service businesses I have encountered from the initial phone conversation, email confirmations, and the actual performance"

"Igor arrived on time, assessed lighting needs, went to purchase lights, and returned directly to install.  The installation is great and we like the new lights.  The only comment I have would be that I would have liked the option to go purchase the lights myself, rather than paying electrician rates for the time it took him to go buy them. <br />"

"Paul was fantastic to work with. We bought a 1970’s home that had been fully remodeled in 2010 and unfortunately the HVAC went out 8 months later. After we had our HVAC replaced, the heated floors stopped working. The HVAC electrician came back out to see if they’d done something to indirectly cause this issue, and after pulling the heated floor relay off the wall, discovered the wiring wasn’t up to code (and could have started a fire at any time since it’s installation 7 years ago.) I contacted Paul from Dependable Electric via email with a description of our problem, some photos, and information on the make/model of our two heated floor thermostats and relay. He researched the equipment and consulted with me over the phone. He suggested replacing the hardware, but was up front that he wouldn’t know if that was the issue, or the full scope of the issue, until he saw it in person for himself. An in-person consultation cost money, so I chose to schedule him to come out for a repair and purchased the $350 replacement thermostats/relay myself (they were returnable), and had them on hand when Paul came in mid Dec. 2017. It turned out the hardware did need replacing (the old ones had lasted much longer than typical). Paul called the thermostat/relay manufacturer several times to ask clarifying questions about the product to make sure he did everything correctly. Unexpected issues arose as well once he had a look behind the scenes, so to speak, included fixing the wiring (had to cut open a small bit of drywall to get to it) and electrical panel circuit work due to it not being completed to manufacturer specs for the amount of heated floor we have when originally installed. He was straightforward about the issues, the costs, came prepared, and was very efficient. Paul was able to finish everything in one day even though the job doubled in scope once we discovered the less obvious issues. He explained all possible options, outcomes, and cost impacts as we went along, and arranged to have the inspector come out within the next 1-2 weeks. No issues were identified by the inspector, the permit was issued, and no further repairs have been required. I was home all day during the repair and my husband met Paul as he was wrapping things up at the end of the day. My husband works in commercial construction (estimator), and was very satisfied with Paul’s knowledge, thoroughness, and straightforwardness when Paul brought him up to speed on everything that had been done. I would definitely call Paul again, or refer to him to a friend. More telling, is that my hard-to-impress husband would also call Paul up again if/when we need an electrician in the future."
