"I had contacted Critter Control after having a problem with a raccoon making a nest in my attic. Fortunately, my next door neighbor was kind and brave enough to trap and dispose of the animal. Craig Howard stopped by and after inspecting the attic and taking pictures of the raccoon's feces in multiple locations there and potential entry points outside my house, came up with an itemized estimate to decontaminate and sanitize the attic; safely remove old fiberglass insulation and blow in new R-36 cellulose insulation (eco-friendly with 15% boric acid).
