He did forget to completely hook up one toilet in the lower bathroom. Bob & Marc couldn't get anyone out before 5 pm due to heavy workload and understaffing and indicated that overtime rates may apply. Plumber named Paul came early evening, analyzed the situation and gave us a couple options to get us through the night so he could return with another plumber in the morning in case they needed to access the sewer line from a roof vent. Unfortunately we don't have a large clean out pipe at the front of the house. He located the old test Y dugout around it and replace it with a surface level 4" cleanout.
