"I left a message on Sunday about a water leak. As hoped, they returned my call first thing Monday morning. I don't know if they do emergency calls, but luckily, my water supply leak was manageable and did not warrant an "emergency" call. I was a little surprised by the cost, but HONESTLY: 1)I don't know what the going rate for such a call is. Maybe this was normal or even an incredible deal. Hey, if I didn't do my homework, it's my fault, not theirs, right?! 2)I did not "shop around" for the best deal, because I just wanted it fixed now. 3)They let me know, to the penny, the cost of the repair before I consented. If I disagreed with pricing, I had the perfect opportunity to get out but didn't need it. 4)I was going on SEVERAL recommendations from various sources that this group was good, professional, timely, and ultimately took care of business. They did not disappoint! Once I agreed to the scope of work and pricing, they were out the door in under 20 minutes, problem solved! My only little hesitation was signing the following statement BEFORE THE WORK EVEN BEGAN: "CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I find and agree that all work performed by Scott Plumbing, LLC has been completed in a satisfactory and workmanlike manner. ..." I suggest they not request/require this signature until AFTER the work is done. But, in my case, this was not an issue. I went on to be happy with the work and the quick service. And, it may be that, if I asked them about it, they might have let me wait until afterwards to sign this, so this may be a non-issue. It certainly wasn't a problem in my case. All in all, I'm very happy with the responsiveness and work performed by Scott Plumbing. I definitely saved their contact info in my phone for future plumbing work. As far as I'm concerned, there is no need to look any further. Thanks!"

"Very easy to work with and knew / shared extensive knowledge during bid, at the job, and after finished (i.e. need to wait at least 30 days before washing newly painted bathroom).  Quality work, repaired and went beyond in fixing any mistakes (painted extra wall when some paint from the ceiling got on an unpainted wall). Cleaned up well and left us all the extra paint. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that at times when he set up a phone or visit appointment, it was delayed due to being so busy on other jobs. However, he never left me hanging too long and always called the same day to report any delay's. Due to not being in any rush for this job, it was not a big deal to me.
