"Excellent service. Main drain out was caked with 37 years of grease buildup. First few hours was spent sucking out 40 gal of water, then the camera to see clog & then a power blast that hopefully keeps that pipe clean many years."

"Mr. Robinson was very professional and did a great job in clearing the blockage."

"Prompt and kind assistance to our urgent plumbing need!"

"Al called ahead and was on time. My request was to resolve the immediate need. He evaluated the situation and recommended a course of action given the age of the house and cast iron pipes. He rootered the pipe under the sink to resolve the slow draining kitchen sink. He pulled the toilet, removed the oleander roots, took a look at the pipe with a camera, and reset it with a waxless seal. He shared maintenance tips and recommended future improvements for a long term solution which I will apply in the future."

"Called Bill and he was out within an hour to come and fix my problem. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath. He unclogged the drain and replaced some parts. Then tested to make sure it was not leaking."

"

All in all, I was satisfied with the service provided by this company.  However, I should note that the the pipe did not at first appear to be properly sealed as small drops of water could be detected for the first day or two after the plumbing job was completed.  I called the main office and the lady that I spoke to was very friendly and responsive to my concern.  She offered to send out a plumber again to remedy any lingering problem. As it turned out, the small drops of water that could be seen the first day or two eventually ceased to be a problem.  I'm not sure if this was time that it took for the glue to fully bond.  Anyway, the consternation of the small (very small, in fact) leak immediately following the completion of the plumbing job made me lose confidence in this company and for this reason, I will not use them again.

"Steve identified that there was a bigger problem with my plumbing then just a clogged drain. My house was probably built in the 50 s and my plumbing was shot. I knew this just because how often the sinks would clog. Made an appointment with Steve and he got it done!"
