"A very positive experience. Came when they said they would. Were very efficient and effective and worked quickly. Answered all my questions. I would send these workers to my momâ s home for plumbing problems."

"Eddie Durrant and his assistant did a great job in replacing my water heater. They showed up on time and did the installation in an orderly and careful manner. When finished, they explained what the work consisted of and removed my old unit. I would definitely recommend them."

"Needed a large chandelier hung on a 17 ft ceiling. I told the office staff their tech would need scaffolding, an extra large ladder or perhaps an assistant. Unfortunately the tech showed up alone and without the large ladder, so we had to reschedule for the next week. Once he had the proper equipment, the tech was great. Worked efficiently and took extra care. Pricey and took an extra week, but the work turned out well."

"This was a super smooth and seamless process. My husband called and requested an appointment under my name and phone number. I was received prompt email and text message reminders, and the service tech was actually able to meet earlier than the original time (with advance discussion by phone). Once the service tech was on his way, I received a text from the office with a photo of who to expect. After reviewing the basement and kitchen, Poncho was able to provide a quote and asked if I was free for him to go out and purchase supplies and install the gas line that day. He was professional, kind, and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with how convenient and easy this was and I'm looking forward to working with this business again."

"I called Salt City Plumbing yesterday and spoke to Paul. He was very courteous and polite. I was able to send him some pictures of the pipe that was leaking. So he would have better idea of what he might be in for. He was able to work around my schedule in order to get this done today. Which I greatly appreciated. I also like the fact that they have reasonable rates. And based on this experience, if I have any other plumbing needs I will be giving Paul and/or Josh a call to take care of them. Thank you so much fellas for some peace of mind."

"I have worked on several project with Kevin, remodeling bathrooms and kitchens. His quotes and pricing are always very reasonable and no hidden costs or surprises. Kevin has always been prompt and available and keeps to a tight schedule never leaving us waiting or behind schedule. I highly recommend Kevin for his communication and knowledge with getting a job done on time. He’s very clean and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to any project weather it was a repair or new install."

"I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They swapped out our broken old water heater for a high-quality tankless model (worth around $3k) and didn’t even ask for half down upfront. They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment. In fact, they let me use it for three full days before I had to reach out to ask how to pay them! 🤯 I was thinking it was impossible to find a company that truly cares about the quality of their work and their customer’s experience anymore and every contractor only cared about rushing to collect a half down check to not show back up. I’ve been through absolute h*** with every contractor I’ve ever hired. When my water heater went out I was absolutely terrified to hire another one. Finally for once, I felt like they wanted me to actually enjoy and use what I paid for. That kind of professionalism and pride in workmanship is impossible to find these days. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and top-quality service."

"Part of my sewer line started to leak. Called him and he was right out to help me get it fixed. Was in and out pretty quick, also helped go over some of my kitchens sink plumbing I had done myself when I asked to see if I had done it right. Was super nice and helpful"

"Mark put in updated cartridges at no additional cost and showed me the before and after of water cleanliness, PH level, and water flow. If you want to replace a filter, add a filtration system to your kitchen, or put in a full home system, go with Crusader Water Systems! Check out their website for everything they do!
