"Ralph was so nice to work with. I emailed him the day we smelled a sewer odor coming from our basement. He was concerned for our family (since the smell is not pleasant or good for anyone's health). Prior to calling Ralph, we had a sewer company come out and charge us an arm and leg for a service call with no fix to our problem, blaming the smell on the main sewer line and telling us it was going to cost $700 to let us know if that was the problem and another 10k if that was the problem! Ralph assured us this can't be the case. He came by shortly after and found the problem within minutes. It was just a broken pipe in our spare basement bedroom, easy cheap fix! In addition, Ralph gave our handyman plumbing advice so that we could pay our handyman to fix the small things (such as connecting the water/ice maker up and installing a rainfall waterfall showerhead). Last, but not least, he helped us fix our leaky furnace. I wrote this glowing review because when I left to work my husband was very worried about hiring a plumber and the cost associated with the work. By lunch, my husband called me beaming about Ralph and how happy he was that we found him. I am sharing this review so others know how great he is. Our family highly recommends him!"

"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. Very pleased with 'Moose' and his work team."

"Joe the plumber was great. Very professional , honest and cleaned up everything. The owner Charlie was fantastic. He sent Joe over within the hour of my first call. They had to order replacement parts for my boiler and came back the next day. Charlie called me 4 times with updates on the eta of when they would arrive. "We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."

He answered my questions patiently and professionally and responded to my phone calls and texts immediately. The staff (Gina was especially helpful the day of the install) in the office displayed the same professionalism and again, responded immediately to questions or concerns. The crew that arrived for the installation, (Fred and several men named Mike) were right on time and explained exactly what they were doing and how it may impact me as I was home for the entire day. They were also extremely professional and very pleasant to be around all day. Extra care was given through out the process to keep things clean and organized, with no damage to walls, wood floors, rugs or stairs as equipment and supplies were carried in and out of my home. I had an estimate from another company and after speaking with Arctic, it was clear that Arctic was the better choice. They were honest and thorough with a much more reasonable price.
