"My kitchen floor was severely warped and had 30+ years of layered board and vinyl. Brandon and Scott from Turn to Us showed up on time and began working immediately, They repaired and replaced the floor in less that 2 days and it is gorgeous! I could not have been more pleased with the timing, their attitudes and craftsmanship. I will definitely be using them again."

"They did a very nice job. They were very timely and they came out immediately when we needed someone. It had flooded in the area and they still were able to come out the very next morning, which was good. They were very knowledgeable and got the roof repaired quickly. They called back to make sure that everything was okay. They had said they were going to alter one of the gutters and they forgot to do that. When they called back they came out immediately to do that fix. They were very good. We would use them again."

"I have a 30,000 square foot warehouse.  It is an older building and I have added on 2 different times with 2 different building.  Where the buildings connected would leak and the builders poorly built a valley gutter.  This became more apparent over time.  I have had people in the building industry look at the problems and were scared to even quote the job.   <br /> Caleb with Sprout promptly came out and worked up an estimate and pointed out potential problem areas in the future (rusting metal roof.) <br /> Caleb and his crew had everything complete within a week.  No leaks and the repairs look good as well.  Caleb developed a plan of attack to address potential roofing problems.  I appreciate that I did not get the hard sell and will be able to budget for the bigger repairs as they come up. <br />"

"As I mentioned, we had storm damage and had some other renovation we needed on our home.  I wanted one contractor to handle it all for us.  I didn't have time (due to work, family wedding, and moving out of state) to deal with multiple contractors, etc.  We had to work within our budget and work with the insurance company.  Innovative Contractors (Chris Powell) worked hard to stay in my renovation budget, work with the insurance company, and adjust to my time constraints.  He and his crews were professional, handled a variety of jobs for us, and did great work.  We had them do roofing, siding, gutters, doors, window, and deck.  They used materials that worked really well with my house.  I never felt pressured to go outside my budget.  I communicated up front what we needed, why, and how we needed the process to work.  I appreciate their willingness and flexibility.  I would definitely use them again for any home repairs or renovation!"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Trenton, GA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
