I knew that my house was in need of a re-piped for quite awhile, but i had been putting it off in fear of how expensive it would be. Kenny from First Thought Plumbing explained to me what was going on with my plumbing and that i definitely needed to re-pipe my house he explained that my galvanize pipes were constricted due to calcium building up in the pipes from over the many years. David & Sam came over right away, when I called for an estimate, and also provided us with a senior discount, which I thought was great customer service! David took the time to evaluate the plumbing problems we were having, and advised us, in a very patient and practical manner. David sent Sam to do the repairs, and the whole experience was VERY positive. Sam was very creative in resolving the problem with the Pfister tub spout, when we learned that the new spout was shorter than the original one in the wall; he solved the problem, and it now looks great, and works well.
