Their solution was the need to excavate and replace a new section of sewer pipe, which also would tear apart part of my driveway. Since it wasn't an emergency yet, I wanted a second opinion. Luckily, I turned to Angi's list and reached out for another quote. Tim responded promptly & was confident to try and see what's going on, first with his camera and then using a very small claw which could open up the line. Fortunately he was honest and right as he got thru the blockage and proceeded to use larger claws to fully rod out and clean the entire sewer line to the street, saving me a small fortune along with the aggravation dealing with the possible need of excavation and replacement of the sewer line. "Paul called me right away and dispatched his team. They were prompt and professional and courteous. They did not really clean up after themselves very well. They took the old heater away but left the box in my garage in a giant garbage bag along with a piece of PVC tubing they took out, Now I have to work around that until I can put it out in the garbage next Thursday.
