"Had 2 rooms cleaned that had really bad stains from prior owner and from a puppy. The gentlemen used some cleaning product and was able to really clean the stains out really well. One room looked like new, the other room was mostly free from stains except one spot that is probably a carpet replacer. Overall they did great work. Only comment was he didn't inform me until the end that he couldn't take credit card, luckily I just happened to have cash to pay him."

"Had pet stains and he showed me where they were. I gave him the go on cleaning and the price turned out to be $680. He was at my house for 2 1/2 hours. The carpet looked like new and the pet odor was completely gone. He recommended cleaning every six months at $400 each. I really can't pay that much, I couldn't even afford the $680 but I felt stuck with the problem of a dirty carpet and odors so I gave him the go ahead. If you can afford him he is terrific and very thorough."
