He has a lot of experience that helps the customer understand what needs to be done and takes the time to explain what needs to be done. Highly recommend them."

"Shae was very responsive and easy to work with. TruWest replaced an older deck and balcony on the back of our house that was at the end of its life. The reason I give them 5 stars for customer service is that 3 months after the deck was installed, we had a separate issue and needed to see the ground under the deck. Shae agreed to come out and remove deck boards so that we could see the situation under the deck and take photos, and he did so at no additional charge (and no, there's no reason to believe that the deck construction is the cause of the other issue)."
