"I found AJ’s Appliance on Angie’s List, as I was searching for repair service to come to my residence regarding issues with my Miele washing machine. After submitting email requesting assistance, I immediately received a phone call from the owner indicating availability for the next day. Great customer service provided with exceptional prompt and reliable response. Thank you, AJ’s Appliance!"

"The servicemen responded to the request for repair of my dishwasher within minutes after it was made. They were at my house within 90 minutes of the initial request on a Sunday, which was in itself remarkable. Once at my home, they thoroughly inspected the appliance and diagnosed the problem, after considering various diagnoses. While here, I mentioned that there was an issue with the circuitboard of my oven range, and they took a look at that without hesitating. They determined that I would need to replace the circuitboard, as no particular repair could be made, and then proceeded to look up the part for me from multiple local parts stores. They provided me with the price for the part and ultimately told me that it was an easy installation that I could likely handle on my own, so as to save me the money on labor. They mentioned that if I needed any assistance, that I could call them and they would be happy to walk me through the installation over the phone. After all this, I was only charged a visit fee which was very reasonable, considering it was a Sunday. Overall, Rays reflects itself as an honest, personable, and competent appliance repair company. I ll be recommending them to friends and colleagues, and will personally use them for future repair needs."

"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"Dean showed up in the time window he gave me. Friendly, and answered any questions i had about the dryer. He even suggested i blow out the vent pipe with a leaf blower. He was courteous and cleaned up all debris from the dryer exhaust. He saved us a lot by fixing the thermostat, and now we don’t have to buy a new appliance. He did a great job! I highly recommend him.!"

He removed all the fears I had and completed the task after I suffered with many workers who came and did not explain. he did inspection of the gas line in front of me.
