"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. "Very well. They are craftsmen. Put up plastic barriers to keep down the dust in the rest of the house. They did a wonderful job. Our new bath looks beautiful. His designer helped me turn my ideas into real world structures. The materials they used and the workmanship of their installation is first class. They are a little more expensive than some but they can do all the things you want them to and do them correctly. We are very pleased with their work.

"We had an great experience with DTS Family Plumbing Services. I had an appointment. with a “Large local KC HVAC Company”, to replace our 20-year-old water heater. Then we saw an ad on Angie’s list for the same water heater and install for ½ the price from DTS. I called DTS and spoke with the owner, Anthony Morales, and right off the bat he was extremely personable and took the time to explain the honest process on cost on this type of work. We decided to go with DTS instead for the replacement. Anthony scheduled us in the very next day and arrived along with Tony right on time. They again were very professional in covering the work they were going to do. Within in 1 hour, Anthony and Tony had the new water heater installed, and the old one removed. Having such a great interaction and experience with Anthony and DTS, we are now planning to use them to remodel our bathroom’s at the new house we just purchased. "The job went good and in a timely manner and the finished job looked good. My problem is the toilet seat broke and I tried calling 2 times and leaving messages to see if there was a warranty on the toilet seat. But did not get a response. So I guess after they take your money they are done with you."

"There wasn't anything that we disliked about them. I felt very comfortable with the men that they sent, with the job that they did, and they worked full. The big deal was half day of labor, or something, and they finished the first part of it, and started on something else, which was good. We had them come back to do something else. There was a little bit of a misunderstanding on the second part of the job, and each group thought the other group was coming, but we ironed that out."

"It went extremely well.  The finished product is awesome.  Shawn has worked on many projects for me since 2009 including installing a new shower, putting in a French drain, repairing my deck and many repair jobs.  This project turned out beautifully and exceeded my expectations.  Shawn is very pleasant to deal with and goes out of his way to help with any problems you may have.  The people who work for him also do very good work.  He is very knowledgeable of all aspects of building and home repair and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in repair or remodel."

"Brad did a great job. The rockers look great and he assembled them quickly and efficiently. The back door will not close sufficiently for the deadbolt to engage. It turned out that the weather stripping the previous handyman had installed was keeping the door from closing the way it should. So he got that repaired and now it closes smoothly and the deadbolt locks without any difficulty. He also repaired the front door. The striking plate for the deadbolt lock on that door was missing a screw at the bottom and he quickly provided a screw and installed it so now that the striking plate is firmly in place. At the end of the job, he took the packing materials for the rocking chairs with him for disposal and made sure that everything was cleaned up. Brad does a fantastic job at whatever I ask him to do. He charges a fair price. It is difficult to find handyman these days who are as reliable, professional, and expert as Brad. I feel so fortunate to have found him and I hope I can keep using him as a handyman for many years to come. I would heartily recommend them to anyone who has odd jobs around their house that need to be done, of any type."
