The two technicians arrived on the day scheduled and within the timeframe provided and were safely wearing masks and social distancing in my home. The problem of the control panel not working was diagnosed as needing to be replaced and a follow-up appointment was scheduled after the part located and verified to be obtainable. Repair time was scheduled, they arrived on time and quickly replace the part, and I now have my beloved oven working again!
