"We found live bees in the basement and some upstairs so we called the Bug Man and left a message. We got a call back within an hour and had an appointment set for the next day . The next day, the pest control expert came to the house right on time. He located the source of the bees and explained the situation in detail. He also explained what he would do and what to expect. He proceeded with the treatment and charged exactly what he quoted on the phone. A week later we received a follow up courtesy call to make sure that the problem was taken care of. i would definitely use this company again. They were extremely knowledgeable, very professional, punctual and the price was reasonable.
