"I hired Drew to replace my toilet, shower head and faucet in my lower bathroom after being referred to him by a family friend. As expected the work quality was great, price was right, and he was extremely personable which really helps keep your mind as ease having a person you don't know in your house. I would absolutely recommend him for your projects and have a few more in mind I'll be calling him on soon!"

"The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."

Through our qualified technicians, we can offer diagnostics and repairs on all common household and commercial appliances. Our technicians have many years of experience in working with various brands no matter the age of the appliance. We work on refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, clothing washers and dryers. However, we do our best to make our prices competitive and affordable for all of our customers.

"Jacob went out of his way to complete a job that was difficult because the original builder did not do their job correctly. He submitted an order 2x to ensure my recessed lighting fit properly and was able to obtain the color I desired which was not available at any of the local stores or online. I recommend Jacob for any work you need and I have already called for several more jobs."

I think it was the air conditioner that went out. They replaced it, the whole thing. They were recommended to us by somebody who's been with them for years. And, like thank god because a year later the damn air conditioner went out. So we were able to use it."

"Jeff replaced the rollers on the sliding glass door that was sticking. However, in the process, he cracked the glass in the door. He said he would be back to replace the glass at his expense. This was on Friday. He said he would return Monday or Tuesday to take care of it. It is now Saturday and I haven't heard from him."

"When we purchased our home in May 2014, the previous owners had provided a 2-year contract with Aire Serv for bi-annual tune ups.  When we had the summer tune-up last June, we found that we needed a new AC unit.  That was pretty much expected for the age of the home.  Each person we dealt with through Aire Serv was so helpful and professional.  The technicians always explained their work and follow up is great.  They are always on time and do a great job.
They came back for our spring/summer tune-up last week.  I told them the AC seems to be cooling okay, but the upstairs doesn't get as cool as we'd like.  Deon Wilson, one of their expert technicians, spent a lot of time trouble-shooting the issue.  He found that the original duct work (from the builder) was not conducive to getting the air pushed upstairs.  Then he opened the Lenox coil unit that is installed with the furnace in the basement.  He found that there was a kink in the copper coil where the Freon  goes in.  He said that was a manufacturer defect.  He said they would come back in a week to replace the entire coil unit for no charge to us.  He also had them hand-craft new duct work to install that should help move the air upstairs.  All of this for no additional cost...not even a charge for labor.  We really appreciate Deon and the time he took to find the issue.  We also appreciate his ability to find a solution and make it happen.
Kirk and Cory from Aire Serve just completed the repairs and did a great job.  Kirk took time after finishing to walk through the house and check to see if we needed anything else.
We highly recommend Aire Serv of northern Colorado.  They are honest and great to work with.  They stand by their work and product. It's so refreshing in today's market to find a company that works so hard for their customer.  We appreciate the work ethic and integrity of everyone we've dealt with.

FAQs for appliance (microwave oven) installation and replacement projects in Wellington, CO

A pro can finish the job in one to three hours. Countertop models are the quickest, but built-in, drawer, and over-the-range units take longer because the installer may need to run a new outlet, modify cabinets, or add venting. Any add-ons can push the timeline closer to the three-hour mark. Hiring a licensed installer ensures the wiring is safe and the appliance operates at peak performance.

Because an over-the-range microwave doubles as a range hood, it needs proper venting. You can opt for a recirculating model that filters and recirculates air back into the kitchen, or a ducted unit that exhausts outdoors. Are you unsure which route suits your cooking style? Ask your installer for guidance before making a purchase.

Only microwaves labeled “over-the-range” have the built-in venting and lighting that’s necessary for safe, code-compliant use above a stove. Countertop models don’t have those safeguards. Before you swipe your card, have a licensed microwave installer confirm you’re choosing the right unit for the space and ensure compliance with local codes.

It’s best not to install a countertop microwave in your cabinets. Countertop models aren’t designed for use in an enclosed cabinet, and blocking those vents can trap moisture or even create a fire hazard. A built-in or drawer microwave is designed for tight spaces. Run your plans by an installer to make sure you’re buying the right style for the spot.

You don’t need an electrician if the outlet already meets the microwave’s power needs and sits in the right spot. In that case, you’re good to go ahead with the installation. If the outlet is undersized, outdated, or too far away, hire a licensed electrician to install a new one and ensure everything is code-compliant.

With routine care, most microwaves last between five and 10 years. To help them reach their maximum lifespan, wipe up spills immediately, wash the grease filter periodically, avoid using metal dishware, and close the door gently. Those simple habits reduce malfunctions and keep the appliance running smoothly for the long haul.
