"Excellent customer service / Good Communication throughout. 6yr old Samsung front load dryer literally went bang and drum stopped rolling. Suspected common belt failure. Mark provided a fair est to complete the job and sched us w/in 2 days of acceptance. Turns out a failed pulley was culprit (also common). Mark secured the part and returned next day to complete the fix. During the process, poor factory crimping on the heat coil cowling loosened to the extent that once the dryer had been fixed, there was an annoying metal vibration. Mark patiently took the dryer apart again, located and solved the vibration. There was an overall commitment to getting this job done well, and I would recommend Mark’s services."

"When I contacted them about a broken dryer they told me there were many refrigerator calls in front of me. They explained this to me and said it may be a few days before they could handle my call but would keep me informed. They also explained that the cost to come and look at the dryer was $49 but if I had the dryer repaired by them that cost would be deducted from the repair cost, They calledl several times with up dates and was able to come on the 3 day. The tech came in and was professional, asked some questions and went to work and found the problem. Explained the cost and said he had the parts on his truck. When he was done he tested the dryer to make sure it worked gave me some tips on maintenance I can do to keep the dryer running. I thought the cost of parts and service was a little on the high side for the amount of time they spent on the service. However, you get what you pay for. The work was done correctly and quickly. I think if they had not had so many refrigerator calls they would have been able to get to my call faster. It was nice to have a company keep you informed on when they will get to your service and not have you just waiting."
