Our experience with Jeremy and his wonderful crew was A+mazing! Their workmanship was excellent, and Jeremy was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. One of them has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we could not be happier with the gorgeous finished product. "Since parts of the house are over 100 years old, I knew that I would need a lot of new decking under the roof. I also needed drip edge material installed to prevent ice dam problems that I had been experiencing. I also needed trim repair and gutters. Everything turned out great. The timing was great as well. that got it done in 3 days working dawn to dusk just before the cold weather set in. The acid test was the one stretch in January where we got at least 18 inches of snow without a thaw. I had the ice dams as usual but no leaks this time. This outfit is very professional and is a real bargain if your looking for top quality workmanship. I would not hesitate to use them again for any type of general contracting work that you might need. I found out about Above and Beyond with my own 2 eyes. I was really impressed with some projects he was doing for my neighbor. I found out that my neighbor had been using them for years on a variety of projects. "Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "I called Salvador out to repair damage to my bathroom left from another contractor. I'm beyond elated and happy with the repair work. His workers showed up on time each day. They covered my stairs to prevent dirt and damage. Each day they were at my home, they took away all garbage which saved me from having it sit around to garbage pickup. I'm so happy with his work, I've contacted him to do a total demolition of my master bathroom. His rates are fair and reseasonsble."

"Jack took detailed notes during home quote visit and provided us an initial estimate over the phone. His proposal was comparable to other bids we got. We decided to move forward and he sent us a written estimate via email. The first estimate was slightly over original amount due to known possibility with electrical and additional work we wanted. They started the project and it took about 6 weeks to complete. There were some bumps in the beginning with days/time they were working but we were able to sort that out and all was good. Ralph was the main guy that did most of the work. He did a nice job and made sure to clean up after the end of each day. Basement turned out great and We are very happy with it."

"We've needed a major staircase upgrade for years and got Caesar and his crew to do it. As we decided on this we mentioned our half bathroom on the main level. He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall."

He was ALWAYS responsive to our inquiries, ideas, concerns, etc. Equally important, the crews who spent so much time in our home during the kitchen renovation were pleasant, kind, and generally arrived on time. They took any questions that we might arise to Christopher, receiving answers in a timely manner. During a reno that is important, since they are present for hours every day. Our expected timeline for the renovation was well met and we were always comfortable - as much as possible during a kitchen remodel! - feeling heard and respected. No question was too dumb or redundant and we really appreciated that. As a result we have a beautiful custom kitchen, with cabinets handcrafted by Christopher and I think everyone associated should be proud of their hard work. We can't wait to show it off!"
