It was somewhat problematic because the keys were old and rusted but he successfully replaced everything. He did not leave the house until he checked and rechecked if there was a leak under the sink. "Company responded quickly to inquiry and was on-site within 24hrs. Received high water bill 5x -6x the normal usage with no visible signs of a leak. Concealed leak was found behind exterior wall. Repaired quickly same day. An additional leak was also found on the city’s curbside of the meter due to recent change out to digital meter that was not installed correctly as valve and washers where not replaced. The real customer service was received by owner Danny who provided additional information being requested by insurance company as a claim was filed due to the water damaged caused by the concealed leak at slab/foundation level."
