"Very professional and their work solved my problem. Highly recommend them if you have issues with squirrels, birds, etc. getting into your attic."

"Great service. I am hiring him to do continued 3 times a year pest control for my house."

"Absolutely top notch service you will receive from Inspect Pest Control everytime. The technician Justin is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable in the pest control field. I had a queen bee trying to nest in my house and Justin took care of it with ease. A queen bee selfie was captured see photo. Justin not only addressed the bee problem from today but also eliminated the ants and mice issues I had from a previou visit as well. I highly recommend Jusin and Inspect Pest Control for any pest issues you have. They consistently deliver top quality customer service and product to address your pest problem. Thanks again!"

"Both Rick, (the first tech) and Jose, (the second tech) came on different days, (2 weeks apart) to survey, bait, inspect and plug up holes. The bait that Rick laid out would make the rodents sick and die after two days (outside of my house) so they wouldn't perish inside my walls or pipes to smell.
Two weeks later, Jose came by, inspected the baits traps for any disturbances, (which there were not).  We only had one rodent per year.  But that was enough for us.  -LOL!  Then, he plugged up all the exterior holes with a very coarse steel wool material which would severely hurt any potential subsequent rodents should they try to gain access.
Both technicians were courteous, patient with our questions, educated us on rodent activity, and Heritage Pest Control practices. We were very happy with their service!

"I got to meet one of the owners Todd, and he was great at explaining everything carefully and ensuring that the bugs at our house were all exterminated. I am only giving 4.5 stars for now because the job is not finished, but he really cares about the treatment and gave us a 90 day plan to make sure that we would no longer have a cockroach infestation. We also have a small puppy, so he made sure to explain to us that the stuff he used was safe. Overall, I really had a great experience with Gotham Pest Control!"

"We had a mouse in our garage. Vinny was not only quick to respond, he was very knowledgeable, and within one day the mouse was caught. Vinny came back to check the traps and offered to come back again once we had the garage cleaned out to set new traps. Vinny gave us some good ideas about how to rodent proof our garage. He was very accessible via phone. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who had an issue with pests."

"Good phone response. Good work on gutters and roof. Sometimes they show up too early, so specify if you do not want workers on your roof before 8am."

"Erratic experience.  My house, which is unique, presented numerous challenges for the exclusion effort.  And the E&G people, when they made it to my site, worked hard very hard to remediate.  But there were about a half-dozen no-shows where I didn't receive a call.  And my efforts to get through to a manager to talk about my general frustration with the lack of success were gate-keepered, with the apparent goal of sending someone back out to my site rather than pass me through to a manager.  In the end, I let them take one last whack at this before my coverage expired (Nov 2013), and though it worked for a while, the flying squirrels are back.
