"We bought the $59 carpet cleaning deal on Angie's list.
Dave contacted me the next day (Oct. 4,2015).
I told him it was for an apartment we were planning to lease.
We set up Oct. 26th for him to come out and do the job.
The carpet was installed in 2009 and was filthy when the tenants moved out.
Dave showed up and was unlaoding as I got to the property.
We talked, I left to paint at another rental accross the street.
He called my cell just as I was finishing to tell me he was done.
I went to look at the carpets. They looked like new except for a couple of light pink spots.
I assumed the spots would not come out. He did better than I expected.
I've used Dave to clean windows at my home last year.
Always more than satisfied.

"Overall, the carpets were very clean when they left. However, I felt that I had been "upsold" on the cleaning and ended up paying a lot more than I wanted to have my carpets cleaned. I was told that due to the type of carpet I have, it would need a "deep clean" because the regular clean covered by by Groupon wouldn't clean it well enough. The guy was pretty big, and obviously knows my home, so I felt intimidated and didn't want to say no. Plus I was told there were stains that might not come out with the regular clean and I really didn't want him to leave and still have stains so I went ahead with the deep clean...an extra $100+ that I wasn't expecting to spend.  (I was debating going with the regular clean to see if they'd come out but was afraid they'd just leave the stains to make a point.)
He was friendly enough, and out in less than two hours, but combined with the hard sell and forgetting the duct inspection, I was really turned off and I wouldn't recommend him nor will I use this company again.
