Takessha walked me through everything that they were going to do, take out tub, remove all tile and drywall.I had a drain pipe, that ran along my tub on the outside wall. We worked it out that, Takesha would have to pack out the wall a extra 21/2, to make it all work. Takesha and John really impressed me., they were amazing. They were super clean and coved everything. "Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We can also schedule routine inspections which I plan to do starting next year. We truly appreciate ImproveIt and their superb customer service and follow-up post installation."
