"100% would recommend Mica from Plunkett’s to deal with your cockroach issues. We had roaches off and on for many months, despite a good cleaning regime etc., and eventually realized other units in our shared building had the same issues. Mica quickly and precisely diagnosed the source of the issue, was real with us about time and possible costs, worked with us in coordinating multiple units, patiently answered all questions, and in the end helped my neighbors and I deal with this extremely persistent issue in a relatively short time frame. "Jay Harmeyer, the owner, was great to work with. He responded promptly, installed traps on the exterior entrances to the attic (wood louvers which squirrels had eaten through) that were almost 30' in the air, and applied steel mesh wire to prevent them from entering again. While the traps did not catch any squirrels trying to re-enter, the mesh helped to keep them out. The traps remained in place for about a week before Jay came to remove them. While no squirrels were caught, the issue was resolved. I removed a squirrel's nest from the attic, where it looked like they had inhabited for a short period of time, then left. I felt the price was reasonable for what they were able to do. I will not hesitate to call Jay again for any wildlife removal."
