"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company is all about getting their $99.00 for the estimate, selling you an annual service fee and then quoting exuberant prices. Not really sure if they really care about doing the actual plumbing work. Recently gave me an estimate for a job of $500. Learned later after from another plumber that what they wanted to do was actually not correct AND should have cost no more than $250. Had I used Fayette Heating / H20 Mastero, I would have paid $600 for a job done incorrectly. At least the 99.00 I paid kept me from damaging my house further. There are a lot of reputable plumbers in Lexington. Suggest you look elsewhere"

He for a month straight blamed the window guy for the lack of progress on the bathroom. When he said the job was finished there were very clear flaws in the drywall I shouldn't have had to point out and some of the tasks we verbally agreed on like venting bathroom fan he just left laying in the attic. If I didn't check over his work my attic would have had mold growing all over it, I ended up not even pressing him about it and finishing his job myself. At the end of the day he did very well with the tile and he gave me a good price but the time he took to complete the job was a little ridiculous and I was kind of shocked at what he was willing to say was a completed job."
