I called them on a Sunday when the well pump valve blew off and water was flooding everywhere. He calmly explained how to shut off the water and came right over to assess the situation. They came back a day later and replaced the pump. Quick Service is amazing, from the lady that answers the phone to the master plumber and his assistant. They are kind, expert at their job and very willing to work with us in staging the work so we don't have a large repair bill all at once. "This company was highly rated on Home Advisor. That is why I hired them. They sent a **junior** plumber to rework the pipes in the shower of a 60-year-old house. I also asked that a new faucet be installed in the lower-level bathroom. In the case of the bathroom repiping, a couple of mistakes were made according to the tile installer who had to ask for a correction. In the case of the lower bathroom faucet, I was told that because of the pedestal sink, a portion of the bathroom wall would have to be replaced. I certainly did not want that to occur to replace a faucet. Ultimately, this inexperienced plumber asked the main office to send another plumber to do the work and determine how to save the wall in the process.
