"I called them on a Sunday and said I didn't need an "emergency" appointment, but that I was trying to soak up a drip in the ceiling with fresh paper towels ever couple of hours and did they have an appointment soon? That was the whole repair, but after he made out the invoice and I signed it, he was nice enough to walk around the house with me and look at the outdoor plumbing I was concerned about and answer a couple of questions, free of charge. Not sure if I got the $30 Angies List discount or not. I mentioned it on the phone when I was scheduling it, but I didn't want to insist on a $30 discount on a $50 bill, so I didn't mention it again at the end. All in all, and very good experience."
