"Matthew installed an RO water system in our house for us. He also installed a rain shower in our master bathroom. He has been the only person I've trusted with all of my plumbing needs. He's incredibly professional, and efficient. It is clear he is the best in his field, and I would highly recommend him for all of your future plumbing needs! Thank you for everything Matthew!"

"Donald was amazing. They showed up early, did the inspection, explained to me in detail of the job and the reason for the trouble. Fixed it quickly. And I think the price was very fair. It was. 50 gallon water heater replacement. Would highly recommend them."

"Admirably. Bryan got both systems working again, and within an hour, the new sump pump took the water level back to normal. A job done superbly and efficiently. We appreciated Bryan's explanations, too."

"Originally, we brought Lalone and his team in to repair our well after it was sideswiped by an automobile in the driveway. We still had water but wanted to make sure that everything was "A-OK". His technician discovered that the power supply line for the well had not been properly grounded in the pump housing when the original installation was completed thereby resulting in a potentially disastrous electrical hazard. This problem was corrected the same day and the well's operation passed muster. <br /> More recently and much to our surprise, while getting breakfast ready, we discovered that we had no water even though everything was fine the night before. Puzzling. Mike responded to our call by sending out 2 technicians who diagnosed and corrected the problem in less than 5 minutes (ironically, the power supply to the well pump in the house had been taken off line in error - LaLone's boys remedied the deficient condition and cheerfully observed that I could blame my sister-in-law who had been in the basement the night prior. <br />"

"After dealing with a company that scammed us, we called these guys. They came right out pumped both septic tanks and had to do some snaking and digging to get the clog fixed. The company had someone here inside of 30 mins, the guy was professional, and informative. The cost was more than I wanted to spend but they did keep the cost reasonable and the service was <br /> excellent. I would use this company again and refer them to anyone with a problem <br /> +AAA all the way across the board <br /> Note: never make a check out to a person doing service work, allways make it out to the company or call the company before paying, thats how the first guy scammed us. He charged us 281.00 to snake a drain then asked that we make the check out to him. The company is not listed on angies list <br /> <br /> <br />"

"First visit they determined the problem, provided an estimate, replaced the failed sump pump and provided a temporary solution to the gravel that was entering through the collapsed wall of the sump well so I wouldn't be stranded and have the basement flood. We agreed on a estimate -- labor and parts costs were explained -- and scheduled an appointment for the all day job of jackhammering the basement floor to remove and replace the sump well liner. Ben explained everything clearly throughout the process. Work was done correctly and area was left clean. Sump liner replacement came in under estimate and replacement pump they recommended runs significantly quieter than previous one. <br />"

"He came out to do the assessment for free and he came out either the same day or soon after that. Very easy to work with him on the phone and via text. For the emergency sewer pipe problem, he fixed it same day in just a few minutes. On the shallow well install, he even hooked up a field spigot that I didn't know about and now it works again. Very professional and would absolutely recommend. Prices were very fair, especially with coming out for free. Accepted credit cards through Square. $500 for the install (excluding price of the pump and reservoir tank which I had already bought from Tractor Supply) and $225 for the emergency sewer problem."
