"First visit they determined the problem, provided an estimate, replaced the failed sump pump and provided a temporary solution to the gravel that was entering through the collapsed wall of the sump well so I wouldn't be stranded and have the basement flood.  We agreed on a estimate -- labor and parts costs were explained -- and scheduled an appointment for the all day job of jackhammering the basement floor to remove and replace the sump well liner.  Ben explained everything clearly throughout the process. Work was done correctly and area was left clean.  Sump liner replacement came in under estimate and replacement pump they recommended runs significantly quieter than previous one. <br />"

For the emergency sewer pipe problem, he fixed it same day in just a few minutes. On the shallow well install, he even hooked up a field spigot that I didn't know about and now it works again. Very professional and would absolutely recommend. Prices were very fair, especially with coming out for free. Accepted credit cards through Square. $500 for the install (excluding price of the pump and reservoir tank which I had already bought from Tractor Supply) and $225 for the emergency sewer problem."
