Our sales guy Bruce was very knowledgeable about flooring products and helped us to find the perfect engineered hardwood and carpet for our house. He met our budget and exceeded our expectations; I thought I might have to compromise on the look I wanted to get a good price, but Bruce worked with us and found the products I wanted at the price that fit our budget. The delivery time was as expected, and all of the installers were very professional and timely. I was worried that having different types of flooring going in would cause conflicts and therefore problems, but the Design Time team was on top of their game and the install went seamlessly. Their sales staff is very experienced and communicated with us effectively. We were doing other remodel work at the same time, and although Design Time did not provide some of the other services, they knew exactly who to refer us to. I felt confident that everybody involved was going to do a great job, and all my expectations were exceeded. Great job Design Time!"

"Spoke with Ryan the owner. He was very courteous returned my phone call quickly. He gave me an excellent price estimate. Cleaner was professional and prompt. Equipment was self-contained in their truck mounted cleaner. Only needed access to a water spigot. Carpet repair was small and they used what he called a cookie cutter. If I didn't know where the repair was, you would not be able to spit where they did the work. Overall - I was very impressed with their excellent work. And I would recommended them whole-heartedly."
