When I first contacted him to see if he could do my dad’s roof, he was leaving the next day for vacation. He was so dedicated, he worked with me while he was out of town and initiated the start of the work upon his return. In a matter of days, he ordered the shingles, delivered them on Saturday, and installed the new roof that Monday. He worked with us and the insurance company and made the whole process quick and easy for us. He and his crew were extremely diligent and professional. I am thoroughly grateful for all they have done for us. If I ever need a new roof again, I will without question hire Dave and Preferred Roofing again."

"The existing roof on the house and garage was torn off, new sheet decking installed on top of old board decking of the house, new flashing, drip edge, shingles installed on house and garage. Installed new ridge vent on house. Some of the siding that needed to be removed to install flashing was damaged as can happen but was replaced with new. It was a difficult roof with multiple dormer windows and odd angles but they did a careful job and I've received many compliments on the appearance from neighbors. Good job with clean up too. The owner is easy to reach and quick to reply to all questions I had. From day I asked for quote until day completely finished was under 5 weeks. Without hesitation I'd recommend them to others. "I called Element Roofing a roof inspection due to my roof being older and needing to replace it. Jeremy arrived promptly and on time and did his inspection. I was ready to pay out of pocket, but after Jeremyâ s inspection, he found hail and wind damage to the roof. Jeremy helped me file a claim with my insurance carrier and met my adjuster on site to make sure the adjuster didnâ t miss anything. Unfortunately the claim was denied, but there was substantial hail and wind damage as evidenced by Jeremyâ s documentation. We asked for a reinspection, and the claim was denied again. Jeremy went to bat for me with my insurance eventually leading to a full roof replacement paid by insurance including skylights, powered vents, gutter guards, ridge vents, and painting. We used him a few years ago to roof our house when we were selling it and found out in the inspection it had hail damage.
