What led us to ADT was the fact they have different monitoring sensors for things like flooding/water elevation, carbon monoxide etc. Things that you donot often think about at all. Last year we saw our neighbor go through a big water problem due to a leak in their upstairs bathroom. Their contractor insisted that they add flood sensors once all of the repairs were completed.
