"Working with Andrew was an absolute mistake. He was in charge of taking care of three of our properties (we bought 3 in 7 months) And he left us with over $100,000 in added expenses due to negligence and endless lies. We are remote investors from out of town, and he took full advantage of that by providing lackluster work that looked complete for the 1st two houses, but after review and use, it turned out to be terrible disasters. He cut so many corners leaving us unable to explain everything he did wrong within the 999 letters that we're limited to in this review. We ultimately ended up having to fire him during the third project after his own employee called us to let us know how many corners he was cutting. We got an outside inspector to visit the property and he confirmed that Andrew was using novice workers, failed to oversee them, and continued to tell us that everything is going great. Burn through all of our money and it nearly resulted in us going bankrupt. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"Bilevel home consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and stairwell with landing. Removed popcorn ceiling, skim coated ceiling and painted 2 coats on ceiling, walls, doors and trim. Moved large pieces of furniture as necessary to complete work. Excellent communication. Coordinated job with homeowner. Protected house items such as carpets, floors, ductwork, kitchen cabinets, etc from debris dust and paint-splatter as necessary. I have worked with many contractors in the past and this was one of the best. Highly recommend and would hire again."

His vision of the project was impeccable as he suggested ideas that were not of my original thoughts for the project. The precision of perfectionism was above standards, and he was patient with my ideas and approach to the project. The estimated timeline of completion was just as he quoted. When he started the different phases of the project he always completed them before moving on to the next item based on his proposed time of completion. I’m very pleased with the end result of my project! We plan to use this Pro for Kitchen and Living Room projects which are upcoming this year.
