"Jose and Cesar (the owners) were both level headed and easy to speak to about the needs of the project. We're happy with the outcome, and happy to have our bathroom in working order again. We had some superficial water damage to the floor in our main bathroom and decided to have all of the tile replaced in the shower and on the floor. I first met with Jose for an estimate, and was impressed with his easy going demeanor and ability to answer my questions. After committing to using Top Bros., I met Cesar just before the project start date, and was just as impressed with him as I was Jose. When coordinating the start and finish dates for the remodel, I let them know we wanted it completed by dec. 20th. Either Jose or Cesar were usually present throughout the project. They also had a couple of other assistant contractors come on different days. For any questions or concerns I had along the way, I was always able to get a hold of Jose and get prompt responses. They started December 4, and had the bulk of the project finished by December 8. There were a few minor mishaps along the way, but they made every effort to correct issues as promptly as possible. Everything was completed before Christmas. A couple of months after the project was completed, I noticed the new vanity sink wasn't sealed properly to the pipe below it. I called Jose and they came out promptly to fix it."

Based on the quality of workmanship, timeliness of completion and all around ease of working with Ryan and his crew, we again enlisted his help. We had a couple of concerns with the shower tile (basically a poor design choice on our part) and asked Ryan if we could switch to a different tile. We weren't looking to remodel our entire kitchen. We called Frank's company after reading reviews on Angie's List. Frank came to our house and listened to our needs & concerns. He and his crew had great suggestions, ideas, and options on how to make our kitchen updated, functional, & aesthetic looking, all while keeping the cost within our budget. We had our kitchen updated with paint, new cabinet doors, a new backsplash, & kitchen knobs. This can be challenging during a Covid-19 pandemic but Frank & his crew made it work within our schedule. "Bob was super responsive in meeting with us and helping design the garage. They will make custom garages. We wanted a room built into our garage to shelter some feral cats we take care of, and they were willing to do that. They also installed a cat door that we purchased. They build good garages. Our old garage was falling apart, as are many others in the neighborhood. We wanted a garage that would last. All of the crew were highly-skilled and tremendously courteous. The quality of work at every stage was excellent: preparation of site, concrete pour, framing, roof, finishing/gutters. They took extra care to do things right. The job did take longer than expected. Part of that was due to issues with the site (excessive mud under the old garage that had to dry out and additional site preparation) but it seems the COVID pandemic generated a lot of home projects - we were in a work queue. Demolition started mid-September and garage was completed early January. (Our furnace guy had a similar situation with a different garage builder, so it wasn't just this company. We learned to be Zen about the timeline - it was less stressful that way.) In the end, we have a beautiful garage that should last for years. Very pleased."

The Regency process start to finish, with the assistance of unlimited access to their in-house design professional who made several visits to our house, helped us to create our dream master bath space. When work began, we found the team professional and courteous - they treated our house as if it was their own (or better). We weren't nickled and dimed to death with change control fees (didnt have ANY additional fees) and whenever we had a slight change to anything at all, we were met with a resounding..
