"Dwayne and his small team converted a second floor dilapidated deck and sunroom into an addition with seven huge windows and a metal roof. The addition is well-insulated with two floor-mounted BTU heating/air conditioning units. Parts of the project were sub-contracted such as flooring, roofing, HVAC, drywall and electrical. All were done well. They also installed new decking along the side of the house to even it out with previously installed concrete work; renovated the exterior chimney to stop a terrible draft; and repaired our garage roof, which was damaged in a storm. Dwayne worked with us to make sure his work would meet with our vision of what the addition should look like and we are quite happy with the final product. Overall we are very pleased with the work done and felt the price was reasonable."
