Move some appliances around, add granite countertop & backsplash and also put a new flooring in my kitchen hall and laundry laundry room. I’ve also had him hang cabinets in my laundry room and he’s always does things with perfection. "The addition of my screened-in porch was a bit tricky due to the fact that there was a bump-out in the roof where the eat-in kitchen was. Mike helped me to decide on the final plan by drawing a very specific, detailed drawing of what it would look like completed. He checked in with his workers periodically to see that everything was coming along as planned. His workers were courteous and they cleaned the work site at the end of each work day. Due to the horrible rainy weather, completion of my porch was delayed but that was expected and I had no 'time limit' set. I cannot say for sure about the value for money as he was the only one who returned to me with an estimate, but, having had one put on my old house, I think his price was fair. I am completely satisfied with the work done and very pleased with the fact that it does not look like an addition because it blends in so well with the homes structure. I would definitely refer anyone interested in remodeling or an addition to Mike Dutton."
