"In the middle of the pandemic, we decided to remodel our kitchen and we chose Alex Feddi Construction! Working with them was great!! We are so happy with the results - the kitchen is so beautiful and functional and we have had no issues since the job was completed almost a year later! Gary (the project manager), the contractors and the designer were wonderful to work with, they showed up on time and left things picked up and clean and followed through on all parts of the remodel. Everything was done when they promised and the quality of the work is excellent! They removed a fireplace in the kitchen and that was the best part of the remodel - done quickly and completely, removing all the bricks, giving us an open kitchen that is much larger. There were two minor things that went wrong and they made them right and even reimbursed us for the cost to fix the issues! We would highly recommend this company for any kitchen remodel!"

"We would highly recommend Superior Building Concepts for your next project. After many over priced quotes, underpriced quotes with a wink and a nod to do this small job without permit, or contractors that stopped by to provide a quote that we never heard from again we received a referral from Angie's list for Superior Building Construction.  Stan came by, gave us a reasonable quote then followed up with a very professional and complete contract.  We signed with Superior and were pleasantly surprised with the continued professionalism.  We received compete drawings with architectural choices.  After our selection, it was put through the permit process.  At each point we received proper communication from Stan. Once construction began, Stan was there managing the subcontractors and working alongside.  We were delighted with each subcontractor Stan brought on board.  They were all punctual, courteous and cleaned up everything after their respective jobs were complete. With Covid supply shortages you can imagine some of the issues that arose, but with each roadblock Stan communicated with us and we worked out satisfactory work arounds. This remodel was a pleasant experience and Stan and his team made the difference. You can be confident in your project if you select Superior Building Concepts."

"This project went exceptionally well. Matt provided a bid that was lower than the others that I got, completed the project on time (early!) and on budget--not only that, but he was very professional a pleasure to work with! We remodeled the bathroom to sell the house and he was always conscientious of our timeline and budget, and provided material recommendations. He was easy to reach and communication was good. Since we were selling the house, there were other items that we needed help with and they provided clear and reasonable estimates and were able to fit the work in for us in a very timely manner (deck repair, siding repair, drywall repair & painting, flooring repair, replacing baseboard trim--costs not included in price listed on this review). He tried to save me money in places where he thought it was reasonable--it's always so nice and reassuring when you feel like someone is looking out for you, not just themselves! I appreciated that he was a) knowledgeable enough to know where problems can pop up and prepared me in the estimate, b) very up-front, communicative, and helpful with issues that were encountered or that needed resolving, c) communicative of progress, d) transparent in billing, and e) accommodating to our timeline. We hired John Wood of JAW Construction to transform a building shell originally intended to be a shop for building trusses into a small house (officially an auxiliary dwelling unit or ADU) and are thrilled we found him. The job required skills that extended beyond new construction to include the insight, skill and craftsmanship of a highly experienced remodeling expert. He possessed these in spades. Beyond his own expertise, he has assembled a set of sub-contractors that are excellent craftsmen in their own areas of expertise. The job was doubly challenging given that for much of the construction period we were out of state getting our old home ready for sale. This also meant that an extra element of trust was involved. John sent us pictures of the progress, so that we could monitor from a distance. In addition, he was able to identify and rectify several flaws in our design. As with any large construction/remodeling project, there were some unexpected expenses that came up, but John worked with us to help limit cost overruns, sometimes foregoing profits. He was also always up front about the costs of the various components. Our new home is gorgeous and reflects his sharp eye for detail. We couldn’t be happier. Macy has I/DD and Autism and will likely not be able to live away from us, her parents, unless she is in assisted living of some sort. "We hired Steller Construction and Remodeling LLC to build a deck/Catio in May 2024. Micha (the Owner) was straightforward to work with and reach throughout the process. We are retired and live on a set income. Even though we had some lower estimates from other companies, we felt so confident with Micha's (the owner) ideas that, after looking at other reviews/images of this company, we decided to go with Steller Construction. Micha's team was absolutely amazing !!! Ray, our project's lead employee/carpenter, was very knowledgeable, considerate, and had an unbelievable work ethic! The rest of the team did an awesome job as well. They communicated well throughout the whole job always checking in with us to make sure they were doing what we wanted.
