"We worked with VAP Contracting for the renovation of our master bathroom after evaluating proposals from this company and a couple of others. It was easy to work with Victor and his team throughout the process. They were always courteous and professional, and kept the work areas very clean. The quality of the work was excellent and the cost was very competitive. In addition, Victor accommodated all of our requests on scheduling. We would highly recommend VAP Contracting for similar work."

"We live in Bronxville, where the expectation are high for quality of work done on houses. Bud, and team, did an amazing job with a pretty large job. It was a full basement remodel, down to the studs, and he was great to work with. Really appreciate his professionalism and quality. I would recommend him fully, even for jobs that are larger and require a high level of finish quality."

"Over the past three years, I've hired Angela and her team for several renovation projects in my home. Each time, they have exceeded my expectations. Their pricing is fair and transparent, from the initial proposal through to the final execution. Additionally, they are incredibly easy to work with. I highly recommend Angela and her team, and I will definitely continue to use their services in the future!"

"Excellent. Dave Perrotta, Westbrook Contracting, LLC, was recommended to me by a friend. I am so happy I took her advice. Over the past two years, Dave and his crew have done a beautiful job completely renovating my kitchen and adding a small addition to the side of the house, which included a full bath and closet. The painting was excellent and not only did they paint the dining room, but they fixed the doors to my corner built-in hutch, so they actually close and stay shut. I have received many unsolicited compliments on both the inside and outside work and best of all, the house is just so much more comfortable to live in. I asked about putting a few clothes hooks in the small hallway for rainy day weather, and they built me a beautiful clothes rack, which gets so much use! The shower needed a glass door, something I had never purchased before. Dave not only suggested an excellent vendor, but assisted in the selection. Dave is very easy to work with and his crew is not only skilled but I am very comfortable with them in my home. In addition to his crew, I have been impressed with the quality of sub-contractors, vendors, etc., he used. In closing, my grade school neighbor said it best: "the new addition looks like it was always there"."

"I can't say enough about Hector and his team. It was a big project involving tearing out an old rotting wooden retaining wall and installing one with interlocking blocks -- a LOT of blocks along a very long stretch, multiple levels, and in a place that machinery could not easily reach. I put it out for multiple bids, and some people just make up (higher) numbers. Hector's bid was very competitive, maybe even the lowest, and he did more work than anyone else was proposing to do. In particular, an additional design element that he proposed (he was the only one I talked to who took the time to find out what I liked and didn't like and made a creative suggestion for something new, rather than just replacing what the old one looked like). And then the team was all super professional and friendly, took the time needed to do the job right and it was a lot of very hard work. We've been getting a lot of compliments on the results. Would hire these guys again in a heartbeat."

"Mike did a great job prepping and painting the interior of my living room and kitchen/dining as well as some additional touch ups. He also built, painted and installed new window trim, and a doorway saddle as well. I felt pricing was fair and he was very professional. Would work with him again."

"Their fantastic crew superbly remodeled our kitchen. They collaborated with us to make the room look and feel modern without compromising the homey vibe. They installed an island with a stone top and made excellent use of storage space by rearranging the cabinets. Wow, what a wonderful result!"

"Gustavo Lojano is the first person I reach out to when I have a project in mind. And after wrapping up on one project, I'm usually already planning what the next project he can help on is. That's how much I trust his work. Below are quick summaries for projects he's completed for me over the years. Bathroom Remodel - This was my first time hiring Gustavo, and thank God I did. I was completely able to rely on his experience and expertise. I could trust that everything being done was to code, which was very important to me since it's an old house. And to speak on his work ethic, he's a contractor that takes pride in his work and ensures that the best quality is put forth. He was on-site everyday to check in on his team and make sure everything was being done to his standard. (fyi, it was, the people he hires are also great) In the end, the bathroom turned out great.  Staircase Refinish - I hired Gustavo again to refinish the main staircase in our house because there was no way I'd let anyone else near the job. I only trusted him and his team to get the job done correctly. Despite it being a very tedious and time consuming project, his team did an amazon job, from sanding to staining, an A+ job. Washer/Dryer Install - I know when I have a project that involves multiple departments, Gustavo is the person to call. Since he takes so much pride in his work, he surrounds himself with and collaborates with people he trusts and who also do good work. For this install I needed a plumber and electrician, which he was easily able to provide and coordinate with. The project turned out great. He even saved me from making a mistake on a layout decision, proving once again how much I trust his experience and expertise. Kitchen Ceiling - One of the projects I unfortunately didn't have Gustavo on was my kitchen remodel, and to this day, I wish I had. One of the main eye sores our other contractor left us with was an issue with the ceiling. But Gustavo 1. noticed it right away, since any good contractor would have, and 2. was able to fix it easily and at a fair price. If this was Gustavo's kitchen remodel, he never would have allowed for an error like that to go uncorrected."

"Very flexible. Real experience: many contractors if you ask for simple additional favors like can you correct a piece of siding or change a spotlight in a high location while powerwashing? They want try and squeeze another 50 bucks for a 5 min task. You dont win customers this way but Peter Torres was completely amicable along with his crew who were insight. Its the little things that make you save a contractors number down to your phone for the next job. Not the cost."
